Eugene Model: Character from Cyberpunk Web Comic
Project Description
This is one of the new updated character models for an internal project called The Talos Project. It’s a cyberpunk web comic set in the near future. The model uses scan data to create a selection of realistic expressions. The hair created using Ornatrix and rendered in Redshift GPU renderer.

We were commissioned to create this animated book trailer for the launch of Greek Mythology Explained: A Deeper Look at Classical Greek Lore and Myth.
The initial 3D section was rendered with Redshift. The latter 2.5D section was animated in Blackmagic Design’s Fusion.

The book model needed some ornate details so these metal corner pieces were modelled in ZBrush.
Then like most of the models, went through Substance Painter for texturing.
The table asset was actually originally scanned from a real wooden table using Agisoft PhotoScan.
